Pregnancy MOT

A comprehensive Women's Health Physiotherapy assessment and individual treatment and exercise plan to help keep you well throughout pregnancy, managing aches and pains. We can help you prepare for vaginal or caesarean section delivery. Ideally we like to see all mums-to-be at around 20 weeks and 35 weeks. If you are experiencing pain, discomfort or unwanted symptoms of pregnancy we can see you at any stage of pregnancy.

Pregnancy Specialist Physiotherapist

Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapy can help with many common pregnancy complaints, including pelvic girdle pain, urinary or bowel incontinence, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, circulatory issues such as vulval varicose veins.

These sessions aim to address any issues and also provide individual advice on safe and effective exercise throughout all three trimesters.
