Physiotherapy and Pilates
Physiotherapy is scientific, evidence based healthcare that promotes recovery from illness, injury or disability. Following thorough assessment, the aim is to restore functional ability via a range of treatment options including biomechanical analysis, joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, taping and specific exercise prescription.
Pilates is used to improve core strength and address postural imbalances that can lead to musculoskeletal pain and injury.
