Online classes provided via zoom
All you will need is some floor space, a small towel or cushion to use as a head support, a mat (if you have one) and a device to stream your live class. If possible, it is a good idea to have a mirror set up so you can check your technique and form. We will not be able to see you during these classes, therefore it is important that you work to your own strength and ability. BOOK YOUR CLASSES HERE.
When participating in any exercise there is a risk of physical injury. By attending live online or on demand classes, you are accepting that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
If you are pregnant, post natal or have any condition such as (but not limited to) osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, any joint condition please complete a registration form (linked here as a word doc and here as a pdf) and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
