What happens during treatment?

 

On your initial appointment a detailed history of your injury/ pain (and any other relevant information) will be taken.

A Physical examination will then take place ( you may wish to wear elastic waist shorts to be more comfortable).

We will then discuss the diagnosis with you, and decide on a treatment plan that is tailored to you.

Treatments Include:

- Joint Mobilization/ Manipulation
- Soft tissue (muscle, ligament) massage and frictions
- Electrotherapy (eg. ultrasound)
- Acupuncture
- Exercise/ stretches
- Pilates
- Posture correction
- Advise
